The Retention Program is designed to equip you with the skills and tools necessary to reduce churn rates, increase expansion, and ultimately improve Net Revenue Retention.

The first part of the program will focus on NRR breakdown and prioritization. You will learn to understand and measure the key metrics that impact your business, and prioritize your efforts to address areas with the greatest potential for impact.
During the second part of the program, we will provide frameworks such as the Goal Discovery Framework, Objection Breakthrough Formula, Orchestration, Turnarounds, and Brainstorm Framework. These frameworks will enable you to develop effective retention strategies that resonate with your customers.
By the end of the program, you will have developed a deep understanding of customer behavior and psychology, and be equipped with the skills and tools necessary to build and implement impactful retention playbooks.
